1. The platform

Woshaa connects customers with independent, self-employed providers. Providers are not employees of Woshaa.

2. Providers

Providers must be 18+, have the right to work in the UK, complete identity checks and hold any qualifications or insurance required for regulated work. Self-reported skills are not verified unless marked as verified.

3. Bookings & cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Fees

Woshaa charges providers a commission on each completed booking, shown before you accept work.

5. Disputes

Report issues through your booking. Our team will review and aim to resolve fairly.
